Brand neutrality

LumoWatt is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or owned by any generator manufacturer. Brand comparison content (see /compare) is written from publicly available manufacturer specifications and is not influenced by advertising relationships.

How "Best of" rankings work

Best-of pages rank verified installers using license-verification status (required for any listing to appear at all), years in business, and featured-installer status. We do not accept payment in exchange for ranking position. Featured placement (a paid product, see /pricing) is always visually and textually disclosed and does not affect editorial ranking criteria.

Fact-checking and updates

Cost and specification data is reviewed at least annually, or immediately after a manufacturer model-year update. Content involving electrical safety or permitting requirements receives a technical accuracy review before publication.

If you find an error, use our corrections form. We aim to acknowledge correction requests within 5 business days.
